NantucketA traditional waterfront home built on wood pilings, the Nantucket features an eye-pleasing exterior of cedar shake siding from Washington State and natural stone originating from the Carolinas. All windows and doors are constructed with hurricane-resistant impact glass – an extra layer of security for gulf coast homes. Inside you will find rich cherry flooring, custom moldings and specially designed cabinetry. As an added convenience, an elevator will take you to all three levels.

Modern MediterraneanAlso located on the water, the Modern Mediterranean is constructed on pre-stressed concrete pilings for increased stability. The exterior facade is an attractive hard-coat stucco, applied over concrete board. All exterior decking and stairways were constructed from South American ironwood – one of the hardest woods available. An open interior consists of ceramic tile flooring and warm mahogany cabinetry that encompasses a commercial kitchen for gourmet cooking and casual entertaining.

French CountryThis waterfront home features stylish solid cypress columns, milled locally on the gulf coast. Constructed on wood pilings, the home’s appealing exterior facade is hard-coat stucco, applied over concrete board.
